BE A VEGFEST SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR
Thank you for your interest in supporting Sedona VegFest, January 20-21, 2018, as a sponsor or exhibitor. The application below is designed for businesses or organizations that wish to promote their products or services as an exhibitor or advertiser. (If you wish to support Sedona VegFest 2018 and Healthy World Sedona without promoting a business or organization, please click the Donations option on the blue menu bar above.)
For information about Sedona VegFest, including our unique proposition and mission, market demographics, and speaker and program highlights, please download the PDF “Be a Sedona VegFest Exhibitor or Supporter!” You can also download a PDF copy of the printed program for the previous Sedona VegFest 2017, which will give you an idea of the quality piece we will be producing again this coming year and mailing out to over 12,000 homes in Sedona and the Verde Valley just prior to VegFest.
To submit a Sponsor/Exhibitor application for Sedona VegFest 2018, please complete the application form on this page. Note that Healthy World Sedona is eager to accept your application with the understanding that your products or services do not conflict with our commitment to making the world healthy, humane, and sustainable through whole-food, plant-based diet and lifestyle. The deadline for applications that do not require exhibit space is December 1, 2018, to ensure we can acknowledge your support in our program. However, exhibit space at Sedona VegFest 2018 is limited, and we strive to provide the best exhibit area possible for our attendees. Therefore, applications that do include a request for exhibit space will be accepted only until October 15, 2017, and all such applicants will be informed by October 20 if we can or cannot confirm an exhibit space for them. If we receive more applicants for exhibit space than we can confirm, preference will be given to those we believe will contribute the most to a positive experience for our attendees. Any applicants who cannot be confirmed for exhibit space will be given the option to continue their sponsorship with a $150 refund or to cancel their sponsorship for a full refund.
In any case you are urged to APPLY NOW! All applications will be promptly reviewed so that we can immediately initiate benefits such as website ads and social media posts. Increase your exposure during as much of the attendee registration process as possible by applying right away!

* Nonprofit organizations will receive a $100 discount at any sponsorship level.
